How to integrate Post Affiliate Pro with other services?
Integration with Post Affiliate Pro is easy. After registering for a free trial, most of this work involves copying & pasting small bits of HTML code. While we do have many integration possibilities, mainly merchants choose to integrate services for ecommerce, email marketing, subscriptions, reporting, or for WordPress.
We understand that integrating software can sometimes be overwhelming. That’s not a problem. If you need some pointers, our team can assist you with integrating Post Affiliate Pro with the over 500 different integration options available in our platform. By utilizing our services, we can integrate your site to speed up the process, thus saving you valuable time for more important tasks.
Free integration service
What is included with free integration?
Our integration team is ready to help you with the first steps with your new affiliate management software. Our offer consists of following integration tasks:
- Integration of click tracking code – click integration code is inserted into every page of your e-commerce website (e.g. in footer of page) it’s aimed at creating tracking cookies
- Integration of sale tracking code – sale integration code is pasted into the “Thank you” page of your shop or we integrate call back procedures of your payment processor
- Click tracking test – make sure click tracking is taken into account and visible in the campaign reports
- Sales Tracking test – keeping records and detailing all aspects of your sales process
- Initial setup of your Post Affiliate Pro software – Campaign configuration, commission rates, and other things based on your specific requirements
Before integrating
What do we need before we proceed with the integration
- Merchant panel access to your Post Affiliate Pro account (URL of your Post Affiliate Pro account, merchant username, password)
- FTP, SSH or admin access to your website that you want us to integrate(we will need to edit templates of your website) and maybe access to your shopping cart or payment processor
- Your requirements – we will set up campaigns in your affiliate program following your requirements and wishes. (e.g. special requirements for commission structure, performance rewards, commission groups of your affiliates, forced matrix, etc.)

Integration process
How does the integration service work?
Integrations are performed on business days only. Remember to consider Slovak national holidays when submitting your request and our support team’s timezone (GMT+1). We usually begin working on your request within 24 business hours of receiving it.
Order via email
Currently, both our hosted plans include the integration service for free. If you purchased Post Affiliate Pro and wish to purchase the integration service you can do so here.
Send the request
Submit your integration request to our support by sending an email to support@postaffiliatepro.com with the required information.
Schedule the integration
Once we get the required information from you, we will schedule your integration with our support team. Integration takes on average 1-3 business days.
Integration in progress
Our team will integrate Post Affiliate Pro with your e-commerce website following your requirements.
Testing the integration
If it’s possible to simulate a test sale on your website, we will test the integration.
Notification is sent
We will notify you when the integration is finished.

How much does it cost?
The integration service is currently available for free to all new Post Affiliate Pro customers with hosted plans as part of our customer service initiative.

Important note
Free integration service includes only the initial integration with one website or e-commerce platform. In case you require a very complex custom integration for Post affiliate Pro or multiple integrations for Post Affiliate Network, our technicians will provide you with a price quote for such additional service after they review your integration request.
