New and noteworthy features

Negative carryover feature

This new feature allows the disabling of monthly carryover of negative commissions to the next month, providing affiliates a fresh start each month. It can be configured per specific campaign or affiliate.

Post Affiliate Network: Visibility into merchants’ plugin configurations

Network owners can now view the plugin configurations of other merchants within the network, providing enhanced oversight and management capabilities.

Email notifications for minimum payout balance

Affiliates can now receive email notifications when they reach the minimum payout balance, keeping them informed and engaged.

Affiliate sale tracking codes on refund creation

We have added an option to execute affiliate sale tracking codes upon the creation of a refund, ensuring accurate commission tracking and adjustments.

“Reply-To” email account settings

We have added a “reply-to” field to mail account settings for outgoing emails, streamlining communication by directing replies appropriately.

Significant Improvements

LiveAgent integration enhancements

We have added the ability to connect existing LiveAgent accounts and improved the API key field description to clarify necessary permissions.

Clearer Subaffiliate Sale Stats columns

We improved the column names for the Subaffiliate Sale Stats screen to convey information more clearly.

Affiliate status indicator added to listboxes

The affiliate listbox selector now has an affiliate status indicator (approved/pending/declined) for easier status identification.

Affiliate commission group and campaign status configuration

Now, you can set the affiliate commission group or campaign status directly from the Affiliates Manager screen when adding affiliates to a group or campaign.

Performance optimizations for Payout History

We have optimized the logic preventing the display of the Payout History grid and invoice details when dealing with a large number of commissions.

Performance rewards action update

The performance rewards action to update user fields can now set fields to empty values, offering more flexibility in user field management.

Plugin highlights

Chargebee plugin update

We added the option to decline affiliates when subscriptions are paused. Affiliates will automatically be approved again when subscriptions are resumed in Chargebee.

New Typeform integration plugin

Introducing a new plugin for tracking Typeform forms, extending your tracking capabilities.

Klaviyo plugin endpoint updates

Updated Klaviyo plugin to new v1/v2 API endpoints, ensuring continued compatibility and performance.

Braintree plugin configuration fix

We have since addressed an issue where the configuration screen was not working for Post Affiliate Network merchants, ensuring smoother setup and integration.

FastSpring plugin enhancement

We have added the option to pass data from FastSpring custom order fields to Post Affiliate Pro custom sale data fields, providing more detailed and useful sales data.
